Documentary following artist Ai Weiwei on his research trip to Ukraine during the full-scale invasion ahead of his landmark Kyiv exhibition Three Perfectly Proportioned Sheres and Camouflage Uniforms Painted White. Interweaving these experiences with Ai’s reflections on art and human rights, the film offers a rare insight into the creative process of an artist who insists on the responsibility of art to record, to resist, and to bear witness.
